Head of Secondary (International section) – Beijing, China – August 2025

One of our clients in Beijing, China, a well-established Private Bilingual International School is looking to appoint an experienced Head of Secondary (International) to start at the end of August 2025 as part of the annual recruitment.
The privately-owned school educates the local Chinese community from Nursery age to Year 13, following the Chinese National Curriculum, enriched and enhanced by the Cambridge CAIE whilst following the IGCSE and IBDP at Secondary age. The International Head of Secondary is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and development of the secondary school division. This includes academic programs, student welfare, staff management, and fostering a multicultural, inclusive learning environment. The role aims to ensure high standards of academic excellence, innovative teaching practices, and strong pastoral care in line with the school’s mission and values.
