One of our clients in the UAE, an established Education Organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Further Education Principal to start employment from August 2024.
The organisation is looking for applications from FE experienced Principals / Directors seeking to further develop their management career in a successful international setting. You will be managing a team of international staff who teach UAE national students from the age of 18 to 22 years, educating them to progress into Technical Colleges and Universities.
Excellent Tax-Free salary package (Approx. £130K / 150K USD per annum)

Key Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ Management experience
Minimum of 5 years lecturing experience
Demonstrated history of working within a high performing FE educational institution
Education Requirements:
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical), Science or Maths only
Masters qualification
(They will only accept these subject specialisms due to the Curriculum they teach)
Recognised teaching qualification
