One of our clients in the UAE, an established Education Organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Further Education Principal to start employment from January 2025 / August 2025 (Notice period permitting).
The organisation is looking for applications from FE experienced Principals / Directors seeking to further develop their management career in a successful international setting. You will be managing a team of international staff who teach UAE national students from the age of 18 to 22 years, educating them to progress into Technical Colleges and Universities.

Key Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ Management experience
Minimum of 5 years lecturing experience
Demonstrated history of working within a high performing FE educational institution
Education Requirements:
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical), Science or Maths only
Masters qualification
(They will only accept these subject specialisms due to the Curriculum they teach)
Recognised teaching qualification
