One of our clients in the UAE, an established FE Education Organisation is looking to appoint recruit an experienced Academic Manager (Vocational Engineering – Students 18 years to 22 years old) to start employment from January 2025 (Notice period permitting).
You would be responsible for the day-to-day management of all academic activities on campus ensuring that all resources, facilities, and staff levels are sufficient for the effective delivery of National Qualifications.
The role will be based at their Al Baynounah campus (Emirate of Abu Dhabi), United Arab Emirates.
Package details
Tax Free Salary – £63,700 per annum
Plus Housing allowance – £29,000 to £36,000 per annum
Total Tax Free – £92,700 to £99,700

Air ticket for employee, spouse and 3 dependent children (Up to 18 Years)

Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ Management experience in similar role
Minimum of 5 years teaching experience
Demonstrated history of working within a high performing educational institution
Education Requirements
Bachelors Degree in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Masters in Vocational Subject or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
(They will only accept these subject specialisms due to the Curriculum they teach)
IELTS (Academic score of 7) prior to applying if applicable
